ITS NOT LIKE THAT.

Oftentimes call center employees got to be called as "TELEPHONE OPERATORS", "SCRIPT READING ROBOTS" and other labels that can be thought out of the blue.  Its very obvious here in our country that Call Center workers are not yet accpeted as professionals.  Further more Call Center works as a profession. 

Often we will here from fresh graduates while hunting their dream job "magkoCall center muna ako,.." (I'l work on a call center for the meantime.).  That statement are always being said with out knowing how hard it is to get a call center seat.  As if as long as they understand the Subject Verb Agreement they are now classified as Call center type of individuals.

Well think again...many that thought that its all about like that...failed!!!  Well, they can definitely pass the oral inteview and all that.  But after being sent to the client specfic trainings...they're GONE!!!

nter requires not only "conio sounding" accent but a lot more.

Call center environment is so competitive that those who blink first die.  There is no room for not so compitent people.  On a call center operation floor we'll see how hard working they are.  

I hope that day will come here in our country that we call center workers will be recoginzed just like ither profesisonals.
